Coaching For Work

Work related coaching is not just for leaders. We spend a lot of our time at work and it’s important that we feel fulfilled and motivated. But often work-related stress affects our lives both inside and outside of work. This is when you might want to explore work-related coaching.

I’ve worked in the corporate and public sectors, run my own business, and supported people across not-for-profit, SME and international organisations, including UN agencies. This breadth of experience means I understand the realities of the workplace—managing relationships, motivating teams, navigating power dynamics and stepping into new roles with confidence. I’ve helped many people progress in their careers, handle transitions and strengthen their management skills.

If you want support with managing your career, handling workplace relationships, influencing upwards or developing your full potential, I’m here to help.

Why Not Try A Free Coaching Session?

Please contact me for a ‘chemistry meeting’ where you will share what you want to get out of the coaching and I will talk to you about my approach which is responsive, respectful and empowering. You will then decide if you would like to go ahead and, if so, we will agree a few sessions after which we will review progress. Sessions might take place every week, every two weeks or on demand, according to your preferences.

There will be an opportunity to practise certain skills between sessions and report back on what was learned. Sessions can take place face-to-face or over Zoom. The coaching can be a short intervention to address a particular issue in the workplace or an extended relationship where we explore all aspects of your ‘self’ both at work and at home in order to maximise your personal impact and wellbeing.
