Life doesn’t come with a manual, and common, everyday challenges can feel overwhelming at times. Whether we are facing a loss of confidence, changing relationships, going through a life transition, we all need help. While our friends are great, there’s a limit to what they can handle and it’s often helpful to seek out life coaching.

My life coaching offers practical support and guidance to help you navigate the ups and downs with confidence and clarity. I offer a space where you can unburden, ask questions and explore options together. Whether it’s managing change, resolving conflicts, making decisions, or simply finding balance, we work together to uncover solutions that fit your life, build your resilience, and help you feel more in control and at ease.

Why Not Try A Free Coaching Session?

Please contact me for a ‘chemistry meeting’ where you will share what you want to get out of the coaching and I will talk to you about my approach which is responsive, respectful and empowering. You will then decide if you would like to go ahead and, if so, we will agree a few sessions after which we will review progress. Sessions might take place every week, every two weeks or on demand, according to your preferences.

There will be an opportunity to practise certain skills between sessions and report back on what was learned. Sessions can take place face-to-face or over Zoom. The coaching can be a short intervention to address a particular issue in the workplace or an extended relationship where we explore all aspects of your ‘self’ both at work and at home in order to maximise your personal impact and wellbeing.
