Leadership Coaching

I have worked with leaders at all levels in organisations and one thing is clear – organisations are getting more complex, decisions more difficult and the pressure to perform more intense. Leaders, more than ever, need a ‘true north’, not only to help them make decisions but to let their people know who it is who’s leading them. Your ‘true north’ derives from your values and your leadership approach which you will have honed over many years. But the world is changing rapidly and what worked in the past needs constant updating.

Across my career, I’ve worked with leaders dealing with real pressures—from difficult team dynamics and high-stakes decisions to personal doubts and organisational change. I understand the realities behind the role, not just the theory. I’ve helped leaders manage change while motivating their people, make difficult decisions and cope with the ramifications, manage difficult relationships with skill, tact and integrity and even, when necessary, challenge upwards.

My coaching will help you build resilience, communicate with clarity, and navigate the human side of leadership with confidence and steadiness. Together, we focus on practical skills and clear thinking so you can lead well, make sound decisions, and stay grounded in who you are.

Why Not Try A Free Coaching Session?

Please contact me for a ‘chemistry meeting’ where you will share what you want to get out of the coaching and I will talk to you about my approach which is responsive, respectful and empowering. You will then decide if you would like to go ahead and, if so, we will agree a few sessions after which we will review progress. Sessions might take place every week, every two weeks or on demand, according to your preferences.

There will be an opportunity to practise certain skills between sessions and report back on what was learned. Sessions can take place face-to-face or over Zoom. The coaching can be a short intervention to address a particular issue in the workplace or an extended relationship where we explore all aspects of your ‘self’ both at work and at home in order to maximise your personal impact and wellbeing.
