Coaching for Women in Mid to Later Life

This is something special to my heart! Midlife and beyond can bring profound change for women—whether through career shifts, retirement, family transitions, or simply a desire for deeper meaning.

It is easy to lose confidence in oneself during these periods. As the peri/menopause kicks in, we start to feel a lot of changes taking place in our bodies. We are not quite the same as we were!

I support women in this stage of life to reconnect with their voice, clarify what matters most, and step into a future that feels authentic and purposeful. Our work might explore questions of identity, motivation and purpose, or more immediate challenges such as shifting relationships with adult children. Through coaching, you gain steady guidance, fresh perspective and practical tools to navigate this stage of life with confidence, resilience and a renewed sense of direction.

Why Not Try A Free Coaching Session?

Please contact me for a ‘chemistry meeting’ where you will share what you want to get out of the coaching and I will talk to you about my approach which is responsive, respectful and empowering. You will then decide if you would like to go ahead and, if so, we will agree a few sessions after which we will review progress. Sessions might take place every week, every two weeks or on demand, according to your preferences.

There will be an opportunity to practise certain skills between sessions and report back on what was learned. Sessions can take place face-to-face or over Zoom. The coaching can be a short intervention to address a particular issue in the workplace or an extended relationship where we explore all aspects of your ‘self’ both at work and at home in order to maximise your personal impact and wellbeing.
